Is it necessary to be at home during installation?
Exterior installations are not covered. No matter your schedule, our trained crews can finish your installation.
Is it possible that my lights are not turning on because of the rain?
Most lights won’t turn on because a GFCI outlet (Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter) has been turned off to protect you. This is usually connected with your existing electrical wiring. It is simple to reset a GFCI outlet: Locate the outlet that isn’t working and make sure all electrical cords and lighting have dried before you push the reset button. The outlet could still sense moisture if it doesn’t reset.

If you have 200 bulbs installed in your home, a few could stop working within six to seven years.
What happens if the light bulb on my display goes out?
We understand how important lighting is to you, so we ensure that all lights are working before we leave. A 48-hour free soak period is also available. We will replace or repair any light bulb or strand that fails to work after the 48-hour soak period. Most lighting issues may be resolved in an hour.
You should be aware that many things can cause outdoor lighting problems. These include rain, snow, ice, and a courier running into your lights. Or a homeowner accidentally running across their ground lights. To prevent interruptions in service, we encourage customers to unplug all lights in severe weather.
Are you able to install the Christmas lights that I already own?
We cannot accept lights purchased at a retail location. However, if you have commercial-grade lights that are comparable in quality to ours, we will gladly look at them and let you know if you can work with them.
When should you turn off the lights?
The first week in January is when we take down Christmas decorations and lights. If you have any special requests regarding when your lights are removed, don’t hesitate to contact our office.
Which types of lights do your use?
There are a few options available for holiday lights. The first is to supply your lights. This would lower the price. You can also rent our commercial-grade lights. There are two types of lighting we offer: incandescent or LED.
